Register & Volunteer for Camp
Camp Live Oak is a mere four weeks away, but before we all embark on this thrilling journey,
there are a few crucial tasks you need to complete. Read below for links to register and start completing necessary waivers.
1. Register Now: For families coming to camp, register to let us know where you will be
staying as well as to sign up for meals.
2. Camp Jones Gulch YMCA Waiver (Waiver #1): Download and complete the YMCA camp waiver acknowledging camp policies and granting permission for your child to participate. You
only need to complete one form to cover all your children. Return to Edie or Janeth at
the Front Desk.
3. Live Oak Waiver (Waiver #2): Sign into the Portal to complete the School’s waiver for
your children. All guardians will need to sign these. Upon logging in, you should see a
notification that you have “One Form to Review”. Click on that and follow the instructions
on the digital form.
Also, don’t forget to sign up to volunteer! All volunteer roles are now posted on the Camp website, including supporting your child(ren)’s class activities and camp-wide support (e.g.,
sports, arts & crafts, meals, MS dance).
