African American Family Affinity Network

In celebration of Women's History month and International Women's Day, the African American Affinity group is hosting a women's only workout session at PowerPlaySF (1235 4th Street) on Friday, March 27. This one hour class will include Pilates and HIIT!  The class is for adults only and will start at 5pm. We will have some light snack at 4:30pm prior to class. Please come early to mingle, stretch, and have a quick snack before we break a sweat together! This class is for all fitness levels so come one come all!
