Countdown to Camp Live Oak–Website, Schedule & Lodging 

As we enter into the Spring, Camp Live Oak is on the horizon. Stay tuned for updates and volunteer opportunities in upcoming Live Oak weekly newsletters, via the Camp Live Oak tile located on the Live Oak Family Portal Resources tab, and the Camp Live Oak Website. In the meantime, read below for information about the schedule and lodging at Camp.
Schedule
Check out the schedule on the Camp Live Oak website and mark your calendars with information about drop-off and pick-up as well as key events including campfires, dances, and talent shows. 

Student Lodging 
  • Students in grades K-7 will sleep in cabins with their classmates and a few parent volunteers (no action is required on your part for your K-7 student lodging). 
  • 8th Graders will be tent camping on Wasiata field at Camp Jones Gulch. Live Oak plans to utilize tents from the 8th grade parent/guardian community for students to use (supplementing as needed with tents from other members of the community). 
Parent Lodging. Parents or guardians should consider: 
  • Staying overnight in student cabins – sign-ups will be shared in the coming weeks 
  • Tent camping with fellow Live Oak families at Memorial Park where we have reserved campsites – no action required now; we will ask you to confirm details in April/May
